Do I Feel Hot To YOU?

Here's Jolie taking her temperature via her belly button this morning on our bed. Brett and I were dying! She's just scrumptious and SO FUNNY!

Jolie turned 18 months on the 30th and she is getting too big too fast. Her vocabulary is growing more every day and some of my favorite things she can say are "help me" and "love mommy" or "love daddy". She also knows when she is "poo poo" and if you read one of my most recent posts you already know she can say "GROSS!". She is running all over the place and is in fact--a little tornado. If I'm making the bed, she's pulling shoes out of the closet. She loves to read books and to be read to. When she says "books" it sounds more like "boots" and it's so cute. She'll bring us books to read or she'll just sit in her room and look at them by herself. Hopefully she'll love to read as much as I do and Colby too! She knows where most of her body parts are and will frequently show us where ours are too (we get poked in the EYES a lot!). She still loves to hug and kiss Meatloaf and he plays with her too. She also LOVES to be outside whenever possible. Colby is the best brother ever and will often play in the backyard with her so I can get a few things done here and there. I'm so grateful for Colby and what a good boy he is. He loves her too and is a big help. OH and Jolie also LOVES CANDY. She has a little sweet tooth and it's hard to hide anything from her! She asks for it like this: "more cannnny!"

Anyway, it's hard to believe our baby is a little girl now, but we are sure having fun watching her learn and grow.
